Carla is a gem. We had to let all our staff go because we went to a live-in. Carla would have been our first choice but she has cats and we are allergic. The elderly couple she cared for (my in-laws) loved her. They said she was the best cook out of all 7 staff. She did her job with a smile and she even danced and sang with my 94 year old elderly mother-in-law! She was also extremely reliable. Once when she did not feel well and asked to cancel her shift, she paid attention to the conversation in WhatsApp and when no one responded she came in.
