Carla watched our son for about 3 months, just one day a week. After hire we found her to be extremely nervous all the time, which was concerning but no big deal. However, over time she began having issues, locking herself out of the house, leaving opened food out, etc. Again, we tolerated it. Then she began having issues arriving on time. The final month she called out once, had to arrive late once, and had to leave very early once. Her unreliability forced us to look elsewhere. Carla failed to show up at all for the next day she was due to watch our son, and never called. Not recommended.
