About Carla

I'm a passionate childcare provider with 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I have a deep passion for fostering children's growth and development, which led me to this fulfilling career. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creativity and imagination. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, keeping them updated on their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. My experience includes playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and have experience with all age groups. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm currently employed with a special education daycare, with summer and vacations off. I have many years caring for children on the spectrum. Very familiar with exact signing.
