I'll take a light hearted yet, thorough approach to care, including encouraging mobility, healthy eating and engaging in activities. After helping care for my grandmother the last few years of her Alzheimer's journey, I became skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, incorporating memory care activities and rolling with the punches whenever needed. I hold CPR Training and First Aid certifications to ensure safety at all times. I am happy to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
