We hired Carla for the summer months to help with our 2 year old and 3 month old. She was punctual, reliable and immediately knew how to engage with our toddler. I truly believe my 2 year old's language exploded when Carla started. She was great at reading, imaginative play and keeping our toddler entertained throughout the day. She was gentle with our newborn (fed, changed diaper and played during awake times) and helped immensely in keeping our area organized.
