About Carissa
Experience: 10 yrs
I am a Detroiter with over 25 years of experience as a childcare provider, both as a school teacher and a camp counselor. I am certified to teach English as a Second/Foreign language. I lived in China for 13 years and can also speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese. Currently I am available over the summer holiday to help your family with care needs. I am reliable, creative, child-centric, and warm-hearted. Allergic to cats but experienced caretaker of the puppers (and dog-mom).
Most recent review
We feel truly lucky to have worked with Carissa as nanny for our infant. She is professional, and full of positive energy and kindness. She is always punctual and communicative. Carissa continuously came up with new activities that are well-suited to our baby's development. We couldn't have asked for a better nanny.
