I have had some past experience babysitting, but the majority of my experience with children has come from my past jobs. My first job was an ice skating instructor which I started doing as a volunteer at 12, and began to receive pay at 14. My second job was a lifeguard and swimming instructor which I did for four years before getting my EMT certification. I have now been working as an EMT for the past year and a half. I'm really interested in working with kids, and getting to enjoy my time with them. I think it is so important to be open and caring to kids and each one has different needs and wants. I do my best to have fun since I feel that kids can thrive off positive energy.
