About Carissa

Hi I'm Carissa! For me, working with children is more than just a job; it's a genuine passion. My eight years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school age, have equipped me with the skills to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. I hold a graduate degree and have completed a Masters in Early Child Development, along with CPR Training. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I always follow parents' lead regarding household rules and communication preferences, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I also speak Spanish. I find immense joy in seeing children thrive, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
