Carissa was such a god-send for our family last Fall! We hired her as our part-time nanny for our 14 month old daughter, who had never been around any other caregiver but her parents. Our daughter loved Carissa! She is wonderful with children, has former experience working in childcare centers, and has such a friendly personality. She always made sure our daughter stuck to her schedule, and had so much patience on "fussy" days. Carissa moved out our area, but we would take her back in a second if we could.
