About Carina

Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I believe that mastering complex concepts becomes achievable when we break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to your child's personal interests. By actively listening and observing how your student interacts with new material, I tailor my approach to suit their specific needs. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are always working toward the same goals. Whether we are tackling math, science, or study skills, I find immense joy in witnessing those "aha!" moments when a concept finally clicks. I look forward to building a supportive partnership where your child feels empowered to succeed. I am truly excited to help your student discover their own path to academic growth.
