About Carina

Hello! My name is Carina, and I am a credentialed Special Education and General Education teacher with four years of classroom experience. I currently work as an Elementary Resource Specialist Teacher, where I support students with diverse learning needs and help them build the academic skills and confidence needed for success. I believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. My teaching philosophy is centered on the idea that all children are capable of making progress when given the right tools, support, and encouragement. I understand that every learner is unique and enjoy finding creative strategies that make learning meaningful and accessible. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential. I look forward to partnering with families to support each child's academic success.
