About Carie

Hello, my name is Carie. Elder Care has a special place in my heart. I appreciate the wisdom and rich history that seniors have to share. I thrive on building relationships and affirming others. My faith and core beliefs value dignity of life at every age. My grandmother lived with my mom until her death at 98, so I have a special respect and fondness for seniors. I love visiting with seniors and connecting with them via listening to their stories, reading books of their selection, and sharing music from their past. I have walked the journey of hospice with both my grandmother and my dad, so I'm comfortable providing respite care so family members can have a break and leave the house.
