My journey into providing caring companionship is driven by a sincere desire to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of seniors. I bring a compassionate & empathetic approach to every experience. I hold a graduate degree in fine arts/art education, which has refined my ability to think critically while adapting to changing routines or unexpected challenges. When I was teaching senior fitness and chair yoga classes (up till 2020) I was fully certified in CPR Training & trained in First Aid care. Building a deep connection is my priority; I focus on understanding personal histories & individual preferences to provide truly tailored support. I love helping your loved ones with daily living tasks, including running errands & shopping. I communicate through verbal updates or your preferred method to ensure you always feel informed.
