With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and my current role as a DDSO monitor, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I also provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. Families can count on me to keep them informed with daily reports, texts, or phone calls. Earning trust is my top priority. I work hard to create a safe and nurturing environment where your loved one feels respected and valued.
