Cara was the very first caregiver my grandson M. had and still is. She goes above and beyond, always bringing new and current ideas to the table. My grandson is autistic and does not speak, Cara is trained to work with autism and helped me out with resources... books for using sign language and referrals to speech and occupational therapists. She has brought him to the gym, to church, to his swimming lessons. We have know Cara for over 4 years and she is now more like aunt Cara to M. and he adores her... she is a tremendous help for both of us.
