About Cara

My name is Cara. I am a college graduate of Utica College with a degree in Psychology Child Life. I've had the opportunity of working as a Self Direction Coach in Utica, NY providing respite care services to a young boy with autism during my last year of school. I also had the opportunity interning full time at Helping Celebrate Abilities (HCA) preschool for Education and Speech. Since then, I have been been pursued a career as a behavioral health provider in the Binghamton region for children and families in the foster care system to improve on social, emotional and mental health and more recently, have been working as a virtual paraprofessional for online charter schools throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
