About Cara

My family moved home to Cleveland, Tennessee in 2021 after being away for 10 years! My husband is a pastor at a local church here. Prior to moving home to Tennessee, we lived in North Carolina for 4 1/2 years, and then Northern Virginia for 5 1/2 years. We are so thankful to be back home in the south! We have three sons ages 14, 12, and 10 years and a 7-month-old baby girl. I'm 40 years old and have a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I taught kindergarten in Tennessee prior to us moving away. Although I loved being a teacher, I am very thankful that I have been able to stay home full-time with my children. In addition to being a stay at home mom, I have also nannied for nine different families throughout the years. I have lots of experience from raising my own babies and caring for others children, ranging from newborns up to preschoolers!
