Cara has been working with our little one since September and we truly could not have asked for a better fit for our family! Not only does our little guy light up when he sees her, but she has really taken the time to get to know him and she is so well tuned in to his needs. I know that I don't have to worry about a single thing when she is here with him. She takes care of us too! The amount of relief from the mental load of being a working mom I have felt with Cara is amazing. She does things around the house before I even to think to ask about them; she is truly the one who keeps our house running! We also have two dogs, and she is great with them too. Cara is such a reliable and caring person. She has come through for us many times, even on days she doesn't expect to. I always know that if we need anything, she'll do what she can to help us out!
