About Caraline

I'd describe my personality as Outgoing, Understanding and Driven. I like working with kids because they show you how life can be lived simply by enjoying the small things that happen throughout your day. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and close to home. I started working with kids 4 years ago. I helped raise a newborn until she was 3 and continued babysitting many children of all ages. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends, play guitar/sing, hike, and help others with their needs. My skills include encouraging them to clean up their mess, while I help of course. To promote independence. Teaching read, write and speech of words/phrases. Helping kids understand manners or words when they want something. Expressing how they feel and showing that they matter and someone is listening.
