My name is Cara, I'm 41 years young. I have over 20 years of childcare experience as nanny and also two bearly grown kids of my own. I'm currently looking for ways to make a little extra cash. I prioritize safety, healthy food, positivity, routine, kindness, fun and of course making sure you parents have peace of mind while you must be away from your children from time to time. My baby girl was 6 months old. I was heading back to work and like any new mama, had exceptionally high standards for the person who would spend 8 hours a day caring for my infant. We interviewed at least a dozen nannies and then Cara walked into our house. As a mom herself, she was confident and gentle with both me and my daughter. She calmly explained what a day would look like, how she would soothe my daughter if she was upset, what activities and adventures she would take her on. As a new mom, she was who I aspired to be! :) And she and her whole family were so wonderful to us over the years. I am grateful my daughter had Cara in her life for her early years. She thrived under Cara's care. Plus, I never had to worry whether Cara would show up. She was so dependable and flexible and as any parent can appreciate, that was worth its weight in gold. I couldn't recommend Cara high enough. I truly value her as a person and a caregiver.
