About Cara

First I am a mother of a beautiful 9-year-old. I began my professional career as a babysitter and direct support professional. I developed a passion for the science of ABA and started working as a clinical associate in various school districts across Philadelphia and South Jersey, focusing on special needs students. I provided in-home ABA services and worked in schools, eventually securing a placement in the Atlantic City school district where I consulted across four elementary schools, providing behavioral support for students. I discovered a love for providing 1:1 and classroom management support, and obtained my RBT certification in 2021 to further my career. I been an RBT for 4 years and work as a parent coach as well in homes. I am looking to secure more work and connect with families with my experience and love for kids!
