About Cara

I have always enjoyed spending time with babies and kids, and now am a birth doula helping parents during their birth and post-partum experience. I feel called to support families and experience the joy of children. For my post-partum doula work, I help with most needs your family has related to your new addition. I love to clean and organize, and take care of the little things that might slip by as you're adapting to your new routines. When engaging with kids, I love to play, do crafts, go outside, read books, draw, go on field trips, etc. I love being creative and watching children's imagination at play. They encourage me to be silly with them! I am comfortable with preparing food, feeding, bathing, and putting kids to bed. In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, playing with my dog, DIY and thrifting.
