My name is Cappie , and I was born and raised in North Carolina. Later, I moved to Virginia, where I worked at a shipyard building aircraft carriers and submarines while raising my family. That experience taught me the value of hard work, reliability, and attention to detail. After my children grew up and started families of their own, I moved to California with my younger sister to be closer to family. I unexpectedly found my way into nannying after helping a neighbor care for their newborn and quickly realized how much I loved being around children again. Now at 69, I'm a firm yet loving nanny who values structure, patience, and creating a calm, nurturing environment. I'm dependable, caring, and passionate about helping children grow and thrive. I treat every child I care for as if they were my own, and being a nanny truly brings me joy.
