My name is Casondra and I am a dedicated, caring, and experienced childcare provider with over six years of hands-on experience working with children of various ages and needs. I currently work as a Special Education Assistant, where I support students in developing both academic and social skills in a structured, nurturing environment. I am also pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in ESL. My education and professional background allow me to provide not only attentive care, but also meaningful educational support tailored to each child's unique learning style. In addition to my classroom experience, I have spent two years as an assistant basketball coach, helping children build confidence, teamwork, and discipline.
