About Candi

Previously, I spent 1.5 years doing in-home care for a physician while he passed away from early onset Alzheimer's disease. I assisted with daily activities like bathing, changing, grooming, food prep and feeding, as well as bringing him on daily excursions to the park, walks, visits with family, community center visits. I even served as his traveling companion to fly to see his children. I have already raised my two boys in the Bay Area and have cared for children for over 25 years. I was known as the "neighborhood mom" in my town in the East Bay. My door was always open and my house was the afternoon and Friday night gathering place for neighborhood kids to eat snacks, hang out, swim, play games. I have a very welcoming personality. I am active, and I love to be outdoors moving around and busy. I know how to be fun-loving, energetic, and totally entertain them. I will go to the park, go on long walks, play games, Dr. appointments, grocery shop. We will all have fun! I love I am a gourmet cook and can cater to allergy and diet needs.
