I'm a caregiver with 20years experience. I like to provide care while earning the trust of my client, assuring that they are always safe, that they can have their own independence while I'm there to assist them at all times. I am quick to adapt to any situation, and have experience calming situations down that arise unexpectedly. I do have experience dealing with the ever-changing moods of people that are dealing with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I know how to redirect their attention to a more positive outcome. In giving updates on my clients, I like to do so through the families preferred method whether it be emails, texts, a daily journal or phone calls. I can assist with daily living needs and household activities. Companionship, meal prep, feeding, light housework, personal hygiene/grooming and showering, medication reminders and assistance, and other needs. I enjoy my work and like to stay with clients/families for extended periods of time. I am pet friendly and I do not smoke.
