About Candice

I enjoy caring for seniors because I like making people feel comfortable and cared for. I know how important it is to have someone who is patient, kind, and willing to listen. Being able to help someone stay safe and maintain their independence is really rewarding to me. I'm looking for an overnight caregiving position where I can make a difference while continuing nursing school. I've cared for adults and older patients throughout my time working as a Clinical Technician at Inova Fairfax Hospital. When I'm not working, I'm usually studying for nursing school, trying new recipes, spending time with family, or relaxing with my French Bulldog, Truffles. I also enjoy learning new things and finding ways to grow both personally and professionally. I take the time to get to know the people I care for, and I treat them with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I'd want for someone in my own family.
