Candice is wonderful to work with! We were needing an extra hand with our daughter who was less than 12 months at the time. As first-time parents, we were a bit uncomfortable with others taking care of our daughter--but we also knew that we were feeling overwhelmed balancing care for our daughter and work at the same time. Then came Candice! She was so caring and lovely. Our daughter quickly warmed up to Candice. Candice is really good at communication and would also send pictures often of our daughter per request of the wife (this helped ease the wife's concern). If I recall correctly, Candice also has some background on child development and had brought over some paper checklists to track our daughter's developmental progress (this was an extra bonus for us that we weren't expecting--but was definitely welcomed!). Overall, great experience with Candice! Would recommend!
