About Candice

I'd describe my personality as calm, friendly and compassionate. I like working with kids because they are generally sweet, funny, honest and keep you on your toes. I'm looking for a job close to my home where I can develop a solid and positive relationship with the child and family. I started working with kids when I was a child. I was an auntie at age 8. I babysat and nannied from when I was a young teenager throughout college and even after college. I worked at Good Shepherd Preschool when I was in high school. I also raised my own son who is going to high school next year. In my spare time, I like to read, do yoga or pilates, ride my peloton, watch my son play baseball, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I know how it feels to place the care of the human you love most in the hands of someone else. My skills include emotional attunement, reliability and creativity.
