Hello, I have been caring for younger children through out my entire life. I live outside of Elmira and am looking for a family to help with permanent childcare. I do not mind cleaning, laundry or cooking. I have four dogs and can dog sit as well if needed. For activities with the kiddos I enjoy nature, crafts, reading and playtime.

We hired Candace as an occasional sitter for our 6 month old son. It was obvious right away that she has a kind and caring soul but I had no idea how much she would become a friend and part of our family. She was always very attentive to our son, whether it was playing, reading or snuggling. It was clear that he adored her as well. Unfortunately, we moved out of the area before he was 2, otherwise she would still be our sitter. Candace always showed up when we needed her, even when it was last minute. I never saw her on her phone, unless it was to send me a photo and update. She’s present, loving and willing to help in any way. I wish that she still lived nearby! She truly is a gem!
