About Candace

Hello. My name is Candace. I have enjoyed getting the experience in my early twenties while working in a assisted living home. I cared for 50+ residents. I would do tasks like cleaning, dressing, bathing, etc. When I say I enjoyed it, I really mean that. I have had a strong connection with seniors since an early age. Both my grandparents and I were/are still very close. I recently lost my grandma the beginning of this year. Seeing my grandpa alone and grieving her loss has shown me how much it means for me to be there for him during these times. I have met clients at old jobs of mine whom I'm still very close with. Clients who are alone with no family near by. I like to show them how I deeply care about the relationship we've built but calling them, sending cards in the mail, and even baking them banana bread.
