About Candace

I started babysitting for family/friends when I was around 11 years old. I am the grandma of a 10-year-old boy, so I have lots of hours of play, fun, and patience under my belt. Most recently, I have worked for a wonderful family for the past two years. I have loved taking care of their daughter - now two - and their new baby boy. Prior to that, I worked at Pine Crest School for 16+ years. Before that, I worked at Rosarian Academy for three years. My work at both schools was in the Development & Communications. I have taken the CPR/First Aid class several times (required for school) and I was fingerprinted for both schools. At PC, I also taught an after-school enrichment class to second and third graders; I taught students to knit onlooms. We made hats, scarves, animals and lots of fun stuff! I'm very creative. I love doing projects with my grandson - coloring, reading, knitting, playing board games, gardening, painting rocks, bike riding, etc.
