About Candace

A little bit about me: I earned my Associate of Arts degree during high school with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences and will be a senior majoring in Biology on a premed track. I have completed multiple child development and psychology courses that shape my tutoring approach along with rigorous courses at an honors college. Over the past five years, I have worked with children from infancy through their teenage years in settings including daycares as an infant and toddler teacher, one on one tutoring, clinical environments, and teaching children with autism and other neurodivergent learning styles. I believe learning should be engaging, individualized, and enjoyable. I use creativity, hands on activities, and encouragement to support each child's unique learning needs, confidence, and academic growth. I am reliable, punctual, well prepared, and flexible, and I would love the opportunity to support your child's learning journey. I can't wait to meet you!
