I worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 20 years. Back in 2002 is when I started working in the Nursing industry. The most rewarding thing I have found about being a Nurse is the personal connection that I am able to make with patients. No matter how long it has been, a patient remembers their Nurse. They may or may not remember the nurse's name, but they remember if they were kind and compassionate. A good nurse always is. From there I then went back to school and received my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
