I am a mental health, professional with experience, supporting children, and adolescents with behavioral, developmental and emotional needs. I currently serve as a team leader for a mobile crisis response program and previously worked as a supervisor at residential treatment facility, providing therapeutic care. I have experience working with children with autism, ADHD anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and other complex support needs. I understand the importance of giving caregivers peace of mind, knowing their child is with someone who is patient, calm, and experienced in de-escalation and trauma informed care My goal is to create a safe, structured and supportive environment where every child feels understood and respected whether you need occasional babysitting, ongoing care or specialized respite support I'm committed to providing dependable compassionate care tailored to your child's unique needs.
