I have over 10 years of experience. I've worked with many families taking care of children. My techniques for happy children include age appropriate communication, patience, nurturing, stimulation, and structure. I've studied early learning, health and nutrition, and have taken nursing courses. Our children are sponges. What they eat, learn, and see is the difference between a happy child and a drained child. I understand there's a lot more to caring for children than just changing diapers and feeding. I take joy in providing one on one interactions that stimulates each child individually. I strive to meet their emotional, social, intellectual, and physical needs. I've learned that children, and care provider, thrive on routine. Cleanliness is next to godliness. And not only in the sense of a stress free uncluttered environment. But also in what we eat and how we think morally and conscientiously. I will do my best to ensure we have happy healthy kiddos.
