With three years of experience in a public school in Queens, New York, I have supported third-grade English Language Learners in developing literacy skills. Additionally, I have experience working with kindergarten students, assisting them in cultivating early reading and writing abilities. My teaching approach emphasizes phonics, foundational literacy skills, decoding, segmenting letter sounds, and writing.
