For the past nine years, I've had the privilege of caring for infants and toddlers, and there's nothing I enjoy more than helping little ones feel safe, understood, and excited to explore the world around them. I have a deep understanding of the early years, from newborn care and soothing techniques to feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and toddler transitions. My approach is gentle but intentional. I believe children thrive when they feel understood, have predictable routines, and are given opportunities to explore through play and independence. I'm currently completing my certification as an infant and toddler sleep coach, which has deepened my knowledge of healthy sleep habits and age-appropriate schedules.
