About Camila

I have a MA in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness. Even though babysitting is not the same as providing therapy, I can facilitate art based exercises + crafts for children to begin exploring feelings and emotions. I can additionally teach children skills to manage distress and increase frustration tolerance; all of which are going to be translatable and useful skills to practice at school and other environments. I believe it all starts in the home and as a babysitter with a counseling degree, I can provide your children with skills/additional tools to help them navigate life successfully.
