About Camila

I believe tutoring is not one size fits all. Teaching is truly my passion and I lead with that care and attention to detail with every student. I have students from pre-k to high school, along with adults of a variety of ages. I take pride in my high emotional intelligence, deep subject matter expertise, and strong communication skills. I love tutoring because I am connecting students together and opening them to new cultures and opportunities they may not have been able to experience without connecting through language. I love being able to take the tools that I have gathered throughout my life and teaching career and apply them to further someone in their language learning goals. I'm looking for a job that allows me to inspire students of any age to be fully immersed in a new language, or to be more excited about literature and grammar in their own language. I build an emphasis on skill building and community connecting.
