About Camila

Hi families! My name is Camila. I'm originally from Mexico, where I grew up babysitting younger cousins and helping out with family friends' little ones. I also spent several years coaching kids' tennis, which really taught me patience, creativity, and how to make activities fun while keeping everyone safe. I came to the U. S. to play tennis in college, and after graduating I worked at an elementary school's main office, supporting students, parents, and teachers every day. I'm now married and living in Brooklyn with my husband and our sweet Italian Greyhound. Some of my favorite things are playing sports, traveling, and spending time with our dog. I bring that same positive, active energy into the time I spend with kids. I'm responsible, warm, and happy to help with anything from active play to homework support. I'd love to meet your family!
