About Cameron

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and attentive. I like working with kids because it is extremely rewarding, and I love making a positive impact on children that they will remember. I want to become an elementary school teacher after college because of my dedication to promoting education, creativity, and connection between children. I started working with kids when I was 16, volunteering as a summer camp counselor every summer until I left for college at 18. This gave me tons of experience working with girls ages 7-13, and helped me become more comfortable supervising children doing outdoor activities as well as maintaining safety. In my spare time, I like to write, read, and paint. I also love to cook, and especially bake bread for my housemates and I multiple times a week. One way I show love and appreciation to my friends and family is through food, and cooking for them.
