Hi families! I been a professional nanny/house manager in private homes for the past 7 years. I have experience with newborn-teenager and with twins. I am also experienced with ADHD and Autism. I am consistent, bubbly and fun for kids, and I earn their trust through respect and understanding for their big emotions. My past employers would call me dependable, say I have good communication, and that I connected well with their kids. I like to look at life with a positive and grateful attitude which keeps me level-headed and able to endure in tough situations. I am very open and honest which makes for great communication with parents about their children and their homes. I thrive off of routine but also love to add new and exciting things next to routine in order to not get lost in monotony.
