Hello families! I will be moving to the Nashville/Murfreesboro area in late July/early August and would love to find a wonderful family to work with. I have been babysitting since my early teens and have been a full/part time nanny for the past two years and could not imagine doing any other job. I started my nanny career in January of '09 and worked for a wonderful family that had 3 beautiful little boys, ages 3 and 18 months (twins). We had a great time doing everything from going out to lunch to playing at the park. Along with childcare, I also did housework (laundry, dishes, bathrooms, etc) and ran errands for the family (grocery shopping). I worked for them for 8 months until, sadly, I moved to Southern Indiana for school. Upon arriving to Bloomington, Indiana, I found another great family that I would work for 1-2 days a week watching an 18-month-old and doing light housekeeping until a change in employment made it so I was no longer needed. Flash forward 3 months and I found another amazing family (lucky me) with two gorgeous children (a 2-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl) that I have been with since July of '10 and I will continue to work for until my bittersweet move at the end of summer and their start of school. Until then I will continue to enjoy my time with them going to the park, playing puzzles, going on walks, playing in the swimming pool, and pretending we're princesses or characters from the movie Cars. Ideally, the family I would love to work with would have multiple kids (although I would consider just one for the right family), be willing to let me take the kids on outings or other planned activities and not just want the kids inside or in front of the TV all the time, and be as high energy as I am!
