Calli has been with our family for almost a year now, and we love her so much. We spoke with a lot of candidates, but none felt quite right. We clicked with Calli right away, and by the time I talked to her references, we were sure she was the best person for the job. They told me she had treated their babies as her own, that she had become a part of the family. The same is true for us. Calli has been reliable, sweet, and so supportive of both baby and parents. She is a great communicator and very professional. She brought a lot of experience to the table, some good resources, and was always willing to adapt to what we had in mind. We learned a lot of baby sign language together, and got through the early messes of baby led weaning. She walks with our son most every day, sets up activities to do together, and went the extra mile to help us when we needed it most. She is very caring and so natural with the little ones. Any family would be lucky to work with her. She is an invaluable member of the team!
