I gave this caregiver 1 star because there is no negative star options. The Caregiver responded to the Job and asked for my phone number to confirm and get instructions. During 4 hours until the booking, She never called nor responded to my messages. The care.com help agent attempted to contact her and she never responded. My wife missed an important appointment because of her. We could not rebook because the app allows only 6 hrs before the actual time.
