About Callie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive, patient environments tailored to each learner's needs. I hold teaching certifications in core subjects, esl, special education, and the science of teaching reading , allowing me to provide expert guidance in Math, English, Science, and study skills for elementary and middle school students. By observing your child's unique learning style, I adapt my methods-using visual aids or hands-on activities-to ensure concepts truly click. I believe in celebrating small wins and breaking down complex problems to build lasting confidence. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I prioritize open communication to keep you informed of your child's progress. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a student's face light up when they finally master a challenging new skill.
