About Calista

Hi parents, my name is Calista, and I am excited to get to know you and your little ones! I have experience baby sitting throughout the past couple of years with children ranging from ages 2-8. I am also a children's swim instructor at Emler Swim School, I teach kids 3 and up. These experiences have helped me so much in understanding that all children learn and express themselves quite differently, meaning each child will need a specific type of care. Working with children in these ways has helped me realize that working for one family is something I would excel at. I love watching children grow and building that unique level of trust and understanding between us. I specialize in activity planning, imagination play and being emotionally intuitive to children's needs. I can help with homework, making snacks/meal prep, and light housework. Safety is always my #1 priority, I am a licensed driver, lifeguard certified, and triple vaccinated. Excited to meet you!
