About Calista

My name is Calie and I graduated from UI in 2024, worked at JPMorgan Chase until end of 2025, and am now going back to school for nursing as I am hoping to eventually become a labor and delivery nurse! I am seeking a role that offers about 40 hours per week, any hours, with my only time restriction being on T/Th as I have classes starting at 5:30 p.m. I have experience with kids (including infant twins) ranging from 5 weeks old to 13 years old, and I also taught an infant CPR/AED class to college students as a volunteer side gig when I was at Iowa. I would prefer a role working with infants and am happy to watch 1-2 babies at a time. I enjoy doing actitivies with kids outside (if weather permits), like going for walks, playing at the park/pool, or even just sitting in the backyard. I try to avoid screentime and prefer more hands on learning through toys, books, and music!
