About Cali

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. As a Certified teacher with a college degree, I specialize in supporting elementary students in Math, English, Science, Computers, and Study Skills. I create an engaging, patient environment by actively observing how you interact with new material, allowing me to tailor my approach through visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions. When concepts become challenging, I break problems into manageable steps and provide consistent positive reinforcement to build your momentum. I believe clear, collaborative communication with both you and your parents is essential for setting expectations and building trust. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing your "aha!" moment or seeing your confidence grow as you master new skills. I look forward to building a supportive rapport with you as we reach your academic goals together.
